Gifts for Men
Do men ‘do’ romance? For instance, when they have their birthdays, would they appreciate a romantic gesture such as flowers, chocolates, professions of love from their nearest and dearest? (I didn’t think so…)
It is often shown in scientific studies that men think with the left part of the brain - the side that processes information in a logical/rational manner; as opposed to women’s brains that use the right side which is associated with our emotions. There is then little wonder that men enjoy gadgets and puzzles, or anything scientific/technological.
It has also been proven that men fare better in tests relating to mental rotation; this is thought by researchers on this subject to be an innate sense of direction. So when he’s taken a wrong turning in the car and refuses to ask for directions, he is actually pre-programmed to believe he can find the way himself! (Remind him of this next time he’s next shouting at you to read the map correctly.)
