rang me which was excellent. Considering i only ordered the personalised newspaper gift on Wednesday, i had it in my posseesion on friday morning was also extremly efficient. With regards to the product. Its absolutly fabulous. I had got sick of flowers, perfumes, spa treatments etc..I just wanted something different. The fact that everything in the article is soo personal to us again was a lovely touch. It is also presented in a really high standard. One morning, i get a phone call from you to ask if i had just purchased over £200 worth of goods from your site. To my horror, MyRedPacket had suspicion that the purchase was as a result of a someone who had my personal and card details and used it. They made the decision to immediately void the transaction and not only that, went out of their way to find out my correct contact number so that they could inform me of it and have my card cancelled. "I happened upon MyRedPacket by accident while trying to do some Christmas shopping on line. I placed an order, which I received in a couple of days, well packaged and not damaged and just as described. A week later I wanted a couple of other items, however during the order, the person I was ordering the gifts for came into the room, before I had entered my payment details. So the order was not processed, but the following day I received an email asking if I needed some help. I contacted them by phone, and causing some laughter, the member of staff dealing with my order, rang back as promised within 10 mins. A better service I could not ask for, especially at christmas." "Excellent, love it. Most multi-functional digital frames of this quality are in excess of £120, so to be able to buy such a good one for less than £100 is amazing value! The frame itself looks great and robust, and although it is made of clear acrylic, to be honest it looks more like glass.
