• Champagne Gremillet-Champagne Gremillet are a small, but beautifully formed family-owned Champagne house, situated in the far south of the Champagne district in Balnot Sur Laignes. Due to its southern latitude the grapes achieve greater ripeness which leads to a richer fruit and classic baked-biscuit flavours mixed with characteristic toasty yeast overtones. Made from 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir. This champagne shows fine mousse in the glass and fresh floral aromas mixed with characteristic toasty yeast overtones, which are balanced by richer fruit and classic baked biscuit flavours with a crisp citrus finish.
• Dow's Late Bottled Vintage- This LBV is a rich, concentrated port from one good harvest, or year, which has been aged for 4 years in wood. Dow's LBV has consistently won more awards than most other LBV Ports on the market and this wine has become recognized around the world as an industry standard for excellence, it is served in countless fine restaurants, on several major international airlines and most importantly it is widely appreciated by consumers in many countries around the world. Deep and intense ruby colour. On the nose packed with jammy mature red fruit, and nuances of pepper and spices. On the palate, impressive structure, finely balanced, and with a long and slightly dry finish. 
• Maxime Trijol VSOP- Made by an independent family firm, distilling brandies for over 150 years, this cognac has won many awards and trophies. This amazing Cognac has a Vanilla, spice and dried fruit on the nose, with a well structured mellow and rich palate.
• Chateau Lalande (2005) Wine- The Chateau Lalande estate occupies over 400 acres in the St Julien region of Bordeaux. The wine should be stored horizontally in a cool environment with the wine in contact with the cork to prevent shrinkage. Before drinking, the wine should be decanted and left to breath for 30 minutes. The wine is particularly well balanced, full-bodied with a full of bouquet, created by the light soils in combination with the grape varieties used (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot), which are exceedingly well adapted to the nature of the soil.
