A lot of time and attention is put into creating these stunning retro portraits. Your artist grade canvas is stretched onto a chunky 5cm deep wooden frame, in a choice of sizes. The ultimate, contemporary way to celebrate your favourite muse. For pet lovers, proud parents or funky art lovers everywhere.

The process is simple. All you need to do is send in a high quality photo (digital or mailed ). Our team of experts will then discuss whether it will work with the style that you require. After you confirm your order we will start working with your retro portrait and deliver a range of concepts and colourways for you to choose from. Once you have confirmed this we get straight to work on your canvas. The whole process can take up to 2 weeks but if you want it sooner just ask and we'll see what we can do.

Order Details: Once you place your order, please submit your photo to orders@myredpacket.co.uk with your name and order number. Alternatively you can post it to: MyRedPacket Uk, Dragon's World Ltd, PO BOX 58244, London N1 0WP. Once the photos is received, our team of experts will contact you to discuss your requirements in terms of concepts and colourways and what can be achieved with the photo you have sent.

Please note: we will use Parcel Force 48 as the standard delivery method for UK to ensure that you get your precious canvas in perfect condition. . Other express options can be chosen, including Europe destinations. Please select delivery option above. Delivery options will not be selectable at check out.

Pricing: this is based on the size of the canvas you would like and the number of people in the illustration. For each extra person there is an additional charge of £15. A 4 panel canvas is an extra £10.

How do I know what i'm getting when I order a canvas?
From the moment you send your photo to us and ask for a specific style we can advise you what will work and what won't work. Our friendly team will discuss with you what can be achieved with the given photo. This involves composition, colour, detail and size.

What quality of photo do you want me to send?
Size is important. We advise you send high resolution photos to get the best out of your portrait. You can send your original photo in to us and we can scan it in-house. Otherwise please upload or send us an e-mail of your digital photo. We advise not to send in anything below 400k and photos from camera phones are usually too low in resolution to work with. With the Pop Art llustration Style prints it is advisable to send in a high resolution photo (over 1 Mb) so we can work in finer detail. Please be selective when choosing a photo for sending in. Photos need to be high in quality and crisp enough to work with the detail. Good lighting, high resolution and composition are things to look out for. If in doubt contact us or send your photos in and our team of experts can let you know what can be achieved.

Can you make me look more beautiful?
We'll we can certainly leave out details like unsightly blemishes and yellow teeth! It's usually unlikely that we would add these in anyway, but give us a shout if you want a minor makeover.

What are the quality of the canvases like?
The canvases are printed on high grade 340 gsm matt canvas and stretched across 4cm deep pine frames. They are printed with UV inks so are resistent against fading.

How are the pictures packaged and delivered?
The canvases are treated with special MyRedPacket TLC. They are packaged with bubble wrap, layered over strong cardboard so your funky portrait gets delivered to you safely.

Please note: due to the personalised nature of this products, returns can only be accepted on damaged/faulty goods. Our expert team will work closely with you in every step of the process to ensure that the final product is just what you want!
