Order Details: Once you place your order you'll be emailed an address to submit your photo to (either email or postal). Once the photos are received, our team of experts will contact you to discuss your requirements in terms of concepts and colourways and what can be achieved with the photo you have sent.

How do I know what i'm getting when I order a canvas?
From the moment you send your photo to us and ask for a specific style we can advise you what will work and what won't work. Our friendly team will discuss with you what can be achieved with the given photo. This involves composition, colour, detail and size.
 
What quality of photo do you want me to send?
Size is important. We advise you send high resolution photos to get the best out of your portrait. You can send your original photo in to us and we can scan it in-house. Otherwise please upload or send us an e-mail of your digital photo. We advise not to send in anything below 400k and photos from camera phones are usually too low in resolution to work with. To achieve the warhol style you need to send us high quality photos. If they are taken from a digital camera then ideally they need to be taken with the highest setting. Your photo needs to have a lot of detail so we can do the canvas funk magic. When you send your photo in we'll decide whether it would work well with the style that you want. Please be selective when choosing a photo for sending in. Photos need to be high in quality and crisp enough to work with the detail. Good lighting, high resolution and composition are things to look out for. If in doubt contact us or send your photos in and our team of experts can let you know what can be achieved.

Can you make me look more beautiful?
We'll we can certainly leave out details like unsightly blemishes and yellow teeth! It's usually unlikely that we would add these in anyway, but give us a shout if you want a minor makeover.
 
What are the quality of the canvases like?
The canvases are printed on high grade 340 gsm matt canvas and stretched across 4cm deep pine frames. They are printed with UV inks so are resistent against fading.

How are the pictures packaged and delivered?
The canvases are treated with special MyRedPacket TLC. They are packaged with bubble wrap, layered over strong cardboard so your funky portrait gets delivered to you safely.
 
Please note: due to the personalised nature of this products, returns can only be accepted on damaged/faulty goods. Our expert team will work with you in every step of the process to ensure the final product is what you want!
