Once you place your order you'll receive a Personalisation Form to complete. From the treasured details you supply, our team of professional poets create an utterly bespoke, simply delightful poem (up to 26 lines). Up to five photos can then be displayed, bringing your memories to life!

Your poem can be funny, romantic, thoughtful, or whatever you fancy. Each poem is 100% written for you about your loved one. Order Details: Once you have made your purchase, you'll be emailed a personalisation form to fill in. One of the poetry team may also need to contact you to discuss the poem in more detail. You will then be sent a draft to approve before the poem is printed (within 3 days of receipt of questionnaire). The form will also ask you to send/email up to 5 photos of your choice.
